The Woll 920DPIL saucepan belongs to the Diamond Plus Induction series of cast-aluminum gourmet cookware with magnetic stainless-steel bases for use with induction cooktops and standard cooktops. A pan of this size (2.6 quarts) is useful for making reductions and sauces, melting butter or chocolate, steaming vegetables and rice, and even deep-frying potatoes. The included glass lid helps to keep in moisture and contain splatters, while the diamond-coated interior makes cleaning up a breeze.

The interior of this Woll induction saucepan is coated with a lining made from real diamonds. This lining creates a mechanical non-stick cooking surface that is environmentally responsible, free of harmful chemicals like PFOA, and several times more conductive than copper. The 920DPIL is safe for metal utensils and durable enough for the dishwasher.
